What if I want to change my carer?
We understand that a personal carer needs to be a good fit for you to be comfortable with their service. The relationship you develop with your carer is all important, and so we will support and assist your decision to change carers if you need to.
What training do carers have?
All the carers we connect you to through our preferred service providers have appropriate training in Aged Care, Home Care, Ageing Support of Disability Care at Certificate 3 or higher.
The fact that it helps you to live like a human being makes life a little more comfortable for me.
