Lynda is Chief Executive Officer at the Care Connect Group, Australia’s largest independent home care provider.

Delivering safe, personalised, and connected in-home care is the essence of Care Connect, and Lynda is delighted to now lead this mission as Chief Executive Officer. With over three decades of experience spanning the health, community, disability, and aged care sectors, Lynda brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our industry.

Having commenced her career in community nursing, she has navigated through various leadership roles, including Aged Care Strategy and Transformation Lead at Mercy Health and Business Manager Home Care for Royal Freemasons Ltd. Her journey has been shaped by personal challenges within the healthcare system, fuelling a strong commitment to make a difference.

As Care Connect celebrates its 30-year anniversary and embraces new aged-care reforms in 2025, she is dedicated to fostering genuine connections within the Care Connect community. Together with her passionate team, she aims to uphold the values of the organisation, ensuring that every individual entrusted to our care feels supported and empowered to live independently at home.

Sarah has worked within the human services non-for-profit sector for over 20 years across many service areas.

She is involved in community and residential settings, rural, regional, metro and remote locations and across the demographic in aged care, community health programs, and disability.

Sarah is passionate and skilled in enabling person-centered principals and approaches to be integrated through an organisation’s culture, systems and processes to facilitate the actualisation of theory into practice. Sarah focuses on developing the team’s capability and nurturing collaboration to align with the common purpose of great outcomes for consumers and staff.

Sarah has many years of experience working as a senior dementia consultant and practice specialist in organisational change management. She brings a depth of understanding of in-service delivery and mechanisms to support sustainable best-practice models of care.

She has also developed experiential education for Dementia care and written resource material for Cert IV in Dementia Care leadership.

Frank is an experienced and commercially well-rounded Finance leader with strong values, integrity, and results.

He is passionate about transforming F&A teams into strategic business partners, leading digital transformation, and leveraging data and analysis to drive business results.

Frank brings more than 18 years of proven management and leadership skills in a global environment across not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, including Aged Care and FMCG. In his most recent role prior to joining Care Connect, Frank was the Financial Controller at a large not-for-profit aged care, disability, and community services provider, leading the Finance team through a period of significant growth and change, including a major acquisition and wide-ranging government reforms.

Kirstin is a General Manager and Executive in Health Care and a Registered Nurse with experience in community, rehabilitation and residential care settings.

She is committed to the development and delivery of care models that provide holistic and personalised care that enhances individual and community resilience and sustainability.

Cindy is an executive with over 20 years of experience spanning strategy, customer experience, operations, project delivery, business transformation and data analytics.

She has held Head roles across varied industries such as superannuation, wealth management and healthcare.

She has successfully delivered multiple projects, including new technology implementation, capital raises, customer experience uplift, data management and quality uplift, organisational structure changes and service outsourcing.

Cindy is a collaborative, present and authentic leader who is known for her ability to flex between strategy and deep operational processes, professionalism, customer centricity, being outcomes driven, and always delivering to the highest standards. Cindy thrives when working with teams in a fast-paced environment to solve problems and achieve breakthrough outcomes.

Lee is an experienced HR executive with more than 25 years of HR and operations leadership, including 15 years within aged care and public health.

Her strong operations background means Lee partners with operational stakeholders to plan and implement HR strategies in a durable, practical way.

Lee brings a values based, energetic approach to her practice. She has a particular passion for leadership and capability development.

David has spent 20 years working in technology within the health and human services sectors.

He has transformed businesses with large scale complex technology within a variety of clinical and non-clinical environments.

This experience has allowed him to appreciate the unique technology, people and process challenges when delivering high quality client services. He has a passion to advance technology utilisation within the sector and help improve business and client outcomes through innovation.

David has held a wide variety of technology roles across his career including infrastructure, software deployment, architecture, and business intelligence. He has led large teams to deliver digital innovation projects, national and international system deployments, and organisational change programmes. He believes in maximising the benefit from technology investment through aligning technology and business strategy.
